Health Hubs are convenient health service stations designed to support the Healthy China initiative and promote grassroots public health. Leveraging smart medical examination equipment and a cloud-based health management platform, they are deployed in communities, residential neighborhoods, village clinics, enterprises, institutions, industrial parks, schools, and commercial districts. Focusing on self-service health screenings, chronic disease management, health record establishment, remote consultations, and health education, these hubs serve as pre-screening nodes for hospital tiered diagnosis and treatment. They provide only health screening and guidance services, without conducting clinical treatments.
1. Self-service multi-item health screening (core)
Scan ID card or social security card to register, then self-service one-stop testing:
Basic metrics: height, weight, BMI, body fat, blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, body temperature, waist circumference;
Biochemical tests: fasting blood glucose, uric acid, total cholesterol;
Comprehensive screening: electrocardiogram, arterial hardening, bone density, lung function;
Features: Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution assessment, tongue and facial diagnosis, mental health evaluation. After testing, a printed or electronic health report is automatically generated, with the system providing intelligent alerts for abnormal indicators.
2. Electronic Health Record Management
All data from the health kiosk is stored in the cloud, permanently archived, with each test result automatically appended to the record. Residents can access their historical examination records anytime via a mobile app, while family doctors and community health centers can retrieve the files online for chronic disease follow-up and management.
3. Precision Management of Chronic Diseases
The Health Hut provides targeted services for individuals with hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia: regular monitoring of health indicators, medication reminders, personalized diet and exercise plans, automatic alerts for abnormal readings, and seamless referral to family doctors or tertiary hospital green channels.
4. AI consultation + Remote video diagnosis
The health cabin is equipped with AI intelligent guidance system for self-assessment of common diseases; users can easily connect with online doctors for remote consultation. For mild cases, online consultation is provided; for severe cases, assistance in hospital appointment is offered, achieving a closed-loop service of screening - assessment - consultation - referral.
5. Health Education and Promotion
The health booth is equipped with a large health screen, which continuously plays content related to chronic disease prevention and control, health preservation, and dietary science.
